Sandy began instructing and leading Christians in worship over 37 years ago. He is the author of the Beginning and Essential Worship Guitar and Keyboard Books and DVDs and the author of the TIPS FOR TIGHT TEAMS book from Hal Leonard Publishing.

        Over the years, Sandy has been a featured instructor at the Youth With A Mission School of Worship and School of Music in Missions. He has also written a regular column for Worship Musician Magazine, including 62 articles on "Tips For Tight Teams."
